Ralph Arceo began his educational career in Sydney in 1991 before being promoted as an Executive Teacher in 1996. He started teaching at Independent Schools in 2000 at Trinity Grammar, Strathfield, as the Year 6 Coordinator.

After relocating to Melbourne, Ralph taught at South Yarra Primary as a PE teacher and then spent 13 years at Camberwell Grammar as the Upper Primary Coordinator before being appointed Head of Junior School at Newhaven College in 2014.

Ralph’s educational experiences have afforded him the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of people to meet the common goal of increasing student achievement and well-being. His educational philosophy is based on his belief that all students can learn, given a positive learning environment, a committed and caring staff, an encouraging community and a supportive family. All of which, Newhaven College possess.
