Newhaven College has a strong tradition of contribution towards many elements of our school through our active and friendly Parents and Friends Association.

Parents and Friends meet regularly throughout the year, forming social bonds and discussing ways in which the parent community can support our school. Parents and Friends also participate and support the school at functions throughout the year including social, school-related and fundraising events.  Examples of programs and resources that have been provided as a result of fundraising by Parents and Friends include an Artists in Residence program, new paving areas for the Junior School and House shade tents for sporting and other events.

We invite you to join us at our meetings during 2013.  Meeting venues and times vary to encourage parents who live some distance from the College and/or are unavailable in the evenings to come along.  Previous experience in committees is not necessary and everyone is welcome to participate in whatever capacity they choose.
