2017 Junior School Leaders

2017 Junior School Leaders
Thursday, 24 November 2016

Our 2017 Junior School Leaders were inducted at assembly on Wednesday 16 November by Head of Junior School, Ralph Arceo.

Captains Grace Farmer and Max Toler along with Vice-Captains Nissa Campbell-Walker and Ed Wines will lead and represent the Junior School and act as role models for their peers. They will also assist Mr Arceo each week to run the Junior School assembly, speak at whole school assemblies and attend important local events.

House Captains Ayden Fawaz and Jacob Liatos (Bass), Sophia Hungerford and Nathan Patch (Clarke), Lucas Allen and Jack Middleton (McHaffie) and Lily Debono and Marnie Banks (Sambell) will lead their respective Houses and assist the captains with leadership duties. They will also help their House teachers to organise their peers and lead their House 'war cries' at the hotly contested Swimming, Athletics, Cross-Country and Netball events.

The captain positions were open to all Year 3 students and those who applied gave a one minute speech in front of the Junior School outlining why they would make a great captain. The positions were then awarded to those who received the most votes from the junior students.

Congratulations to our youngest leaders, we have no doubt you will fulfill your duties with enthusiasm and pride in 2017.
