PhD in Education
Caroline has been playing saxophone since she was 12 years old. She has played in concert bands, big bands, and saxophone ensembles as well as participating in eisteddfods and completing AMEB exams.
In Year 12, Caroline was awarded first place in both 2 and 3 unit Music at her high school in Sydney.

Caroline specialises in classical saxophone and studied under Melinda Atkins and Christina Leonard at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. She also has learned jazz from Sandy Evans as part of the Young Women’s Jazz Workshops run by the Sydney Improvised Music Association.

Caroline feels passionately about the power of music to enrich students’ lives and increase their capacity for self-discipline and self-expression.
