Admissions Officer

This role is the first point of contact for prospective parents, guardians and students regarding admissions and enrolments at the College. The applicant needs to be informative and attentive in presenting the College’s unique qualities and attributes. The Student Admissions Officer is integral to building enrolment capacity and promoting growth. This role will work autonomously and in partnership with the College’s Marketing and Communications team to deliver strategic direction and objectives.

The Admissions Officer will be competent in database management with an automated workflow similar to EnrolHQ. Previous experience in electronic database management will be held in high regard for this position.

Demonstrated previous experience in a similar role in an education environment would be preferable. A demonstrated skill set in marketing, communications and sales will be favourable.

Junior School Administrator

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to provide quality administration and reception support with a genuine interest, focus and care towards the needs of young children and their families within Junior School. The role provides support to the Head of Junior School to ensure all staff are supported with accurate information and correspondence.

Demonstrated previous experience with a minimum of 2 years in an administrative role and preferably in an education environment or school setting.
